And while we'd love to say we've never made a mistake ourselves, every maker knows that even the smallest oversight can lead to hours of troubleshooting.
Whether your issue is caused by a faulty component, incorrect settings, a slicing problem, or simply a printer having a bad day, we're here to help. If the solution turns out to be something simple, we'll explain exactly what happened and how to prevent it in the future—at no additional cost beyond the initial diagnostic quote.

Before We Visit You.
To help us assess the issue, please email us:
The make and model of your 3D printer.
The year of manufacture (if known).
A description of the problem.
Any photos or videos showing the issue.
Onsite services are at a higher cost.
Bringing Your Printer In.
Once we've reviewed your information, we'll arrange for you to bring the printer in for diagnosis.
For print-quality issues or problems related to a specific model or print file, please also provide:
The original model file.
The G-code file used for the print.
The filament used during the failed print.
We begin testing using our own standard filament to establish a reliable baseline. If necessary, we'll then test using your supplied filament. Any customer filament used during diagnostics is carefully weighed and documented for complete transparency.
No matter the issue, we'll work with you to find the cause and get your printer back to producing the results you expect.
